Treatment of children and teenagers

Never too early

Don’t be afraid to come and see us with your three to five-year-old: Some dental malalignments can already be corrected easily in the baby teeth to facilitate proper biting and chewing, for example, or to achieve correct articulation if your child lisps. An examination of your child’s teeth and jaws should be carried out at the latest at the age of nine, as this is when the last phase in the move from baby to permanent teeth begins. It is therefore an ideal time to commence orthodontic treatment in children. And it can also be reassuring to hear that everything is fine and no treatment is necessary!
