Cost Adults

What to expect

Orthodontic treatment of adults is not usually covered by public health insurance, with the exception of severe jaw anomalies involving oral and maxillofacial surgery (orthognatic surgery).

An initial orthodontic consultation does not involve any cost for patients with public health insurance.

If you are privately insured, your policy will determine whether and how much of the cost of treatment is covered. Some insurance will pay all related costs, while others only reimburse a part of the costs incurred. Please refer to your insurance policy for the exact conditions. We will be happy to help you with any questions.
