Thornton Adjustable Positioner (TAP®) | Information from A to Z

This mandibular advancement splint made of plastic, titan or nickel-free stainless steel reduces or alleviates night-time snoring and obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA). The TAP® device consists of two trays, one for the upper and one for the lower jaw. A locking mechanism positions the lower jaw forward thus preventing an obstruction of the throat. The forward movement of the lower jaw can be adjusted continuously and individually.
