Functional analysis | Information from A to Z
In our practice, a functional analysis is a physical examination of the jaw joints and relevant muscles. If severe functional problems are found they will either be addressed during orthodontic treatment, or functional pretreatment will be carried out to relieve the jaw joint and chewing muscles prior to orthodontic treatment.
