Quad helix appliance | Information from A to Z

This fixed appliance used in the upper jaw consists of four loops expanding the dental arch, for example to correct a crossbite. The four loops are used to reduce the pressure on the teeth. In addition, wires on the teeth can effect a repositioning of the back teeth.
